Rough Day for Nicole Richie

Today was a rough day for Nicole Richie, one of her friends (an adult male passenger), and her SUV.

Rear-ended by an unlicensed paparazzo in Beverly Hills, sources say that Nicole Richie is in pain, but is refusing care at an ER; she will be going to her own, private doctor instead.

The good news about this entire situation is that he children were not in the vehicle when she was hit. Other good news is that since that accident, the paparazzo was arrested for driving without a license, which is a misdemeanor. He has been cited for being an unlicensed driver and law enforcement is having his car impounded.

There is no word on the male passenger's condition.
