A phallic-shaped object preferably no longer than 4 inches (10 cm). It is kept this size to avoid causing problems to the lower intestines. It is flanged or handled at the bottom which prevents it from slipping out or being sucked in. It is designed to completely fill the anus and stimulate the prostate and press against the inner vaginal wall; often used in sadomasochism.
