Have you ever tried role play? Like pretending it's a one night stand (write a script with your guy, using fake names, jobs, etc.)? Or that you're a prostitute and he's your customer (this one is fun, since there are so many variations you can choose from (1800's cowboy and soiled dove, 1700's sailor and barmaid, 1200's lord of the manor and serf girl, etc., etc.))? Or vice verse? Also, you can pretend he's an English gent from the 1800's who just bought you to be his mistress. You could pretend he's kidnapped you (highwayman and lady) or, even, that he's a cop issuing a ticket (or who's arrested you) and is offering you a way off the hook.
