From Melissa: Help! My boyfriend just told me that unless I lose 20 pounds and fast, he is going to leave me. He says he doesn’t want to have sex with me looking like I do. I have tried lots of diets and they don’t seem to work or the weight comes right back. How can I drop the weight quickly? Help Melissa with her dilemma.
