If the things that you like about this man outnumber the things you like about your husband and they are major issues that your husband cannot/won't change and that you don't want to live without, then, yes. Maybe you do have a problem. Ask yourself if you're really happy in your marriage or if you're just going through the motions. A couple who stays together "for the kids" end up hurting their children more in the long run than if they had divorced amicably. But please think long and hard about what your options are. Maybe you and your husband just need to spice things up a bit, to reconnect. Don't just up and decide to leave or to have an affair. This is a big decision, for you, him and your family. One that needs careful consideration and will affect you all for years to come. That said, I'll repeat what I told you earlier: everyone fantasizes once in awhile, it's perfectly normal. In fact, if someone says they never fantasize about someone other than their partner, they're either lying or they're Adam and Eve (the biblical couple).
