How to Find Her G-Spot Ask her.

If she knows the exact coordinates, you're home free. If not, chances are very good she'll know when you've found it. Meanwhile, the search gives the two of you a common goal, and that's a good start. By the way, the G-spot isn't really a spot.

Named for German gynecologist Ernst Gräfenberg who first laid claim to its existence in the mid-1900s, the G-spot is actually a small erogenous zone just a couple of inches inside the vagina. I won't map the anatomy for you, but here’s the shortcut. Have your partner lie on her back. Insert a finger in her vagina to about the second knuckle, then crook your finger upward in a "come here" motion. Your fingertip should come in contact with a firm, rippled area with a texture unlike the rest of the vagina.

If you need a little confirmation that you're in the right spot, stroke the area lightly with your finger or try stimulating it with a vibrator. A light circular or back-and-forth motion might be all it takes, firm contact with the area or more vigorous thrusting. When she's aroused, the G-spot engorges with blood and swells – not unlike your penis – reducing the size of her vagina and adding to the friction you feel during intercourse.

Stimulate her clitoris with another finger or your tongue either as a prelude or the main course. If you're moving on, let me suggest a sure-fire position for intercourse that will let her know you've not only found the spot, but you know just what to do with it.

Lying on your back, pull your partner on top of you so that she is also facing the ceiling. Either one of you can insert your penis into her vagina. This position does not take an especially long penis, but to ensure its capture and an especially tight fit for you, ask your partner to cross her ankles and squeeze her legs together tightly. Other than that, she can lie back and relax while you do all the work. Your hands are free, so use them to stimulate her nipples and clitoris, caress her skin. As the juices flow, you will be able to slide your penis in and out of her vaginal opening. With every stroke, the head will make direct contact with the G-spot and slide along the entire three-inch long organ that makes up the clitoris.

The position will make your partner feel worshipped and adored, while the mind-blowing orgasms will have her singing your praises.

Many women claim that G-spot stimulation leads to such deep orgasms that they ejaculate. It does happen. A woman has paraurethral glands called Skene’s Glands that are most akin to a man’s prostate. Some researchers believe that the G-spot includes these glands and ducts, and when stimulated they release a fluid similar to seminal fluid.
