If you want to get rid of premature ejaculation and last longer in bed, there are many ways of doing so but perhaps the most important and one of the easiest to do is to simply learn how to control the way you breathe. It costs nothing just 5 minutes of your time so find out how here.

While controlling your breathing is an obvious way to delay ejaculation and last longer in bed, many men simply fail to practice it.

Breathing Correctly

When you are involved in intercourse as you are about to orgasm, your breathing naturally quickens and your heart rate increases dramatically:

From a rate of about 35-40 breaths to more than 50 breaths per minute. Of all the physiological elements that are involved in sexual intercourse, breathing is the ONLY one that you can influence and that's why it's such a great way to last longer in bed.

Tip

If you make a conscious effort to breathe at a slower rate, your heart rate will decrease in numbers of beats per minute and thus enable you to last longer - Simple?

Of course it is! And logical so lets look at how you can learn to breathe in such a manner that you can delay orgasm for yourself and enable your partner to be satisfied to

Try this simple method of breathing control:

  • Take a long, deep inhale of breath, make a conscious effort to count slowly to 3, exhale as slowly as you can.
  • Maintain slow rhythmic, controlled breathing while doing this over and over again.
  • When you are coming close to orgasm, your breathing will naturally start to quicken as you become more aroused. When this occurs, its time to concentrate on long, slow breaths - to do this inhale hold for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly and continue to do this until you fall back from the edge. Your body will become more relaxed and you will not ejaculate. Any orgasm always by its very nature feature fast breathing and you are controlling yours to prevent this from happening.

You are in effect fooling your body that it's not the right time to come!

You can also use this method:

Forget about using your mouth to inhale use your nose instead and breathe slowly through it. Breathing through the nose means your breathing is naturally slower, the nostrils are simply smaller than your mouth and this means breathes take longer to complete. If you get near orgasm and keep your mouth FIRMLY closed. At the same times you do this remember to keep your breathing slow and regular.

Always keep in mind to keep your breathing under control - it's the key to lasting longer in bed and is easy to do if you focus on it.

Always:

  • Breathe slowly, rhythmically and deeply.
  • Deeply inhale, hold and then slowly exhale concentrate on keeping the breathes rhythmic and slow.
  • If you feel you have to stop thrusting to delay ejaculation i.e you have gone to far do so but - still keep the slow nose breathing going during the break. This will calm your body down quicker
  • Breathing is as we have said the ONLY psychological aspect we can control so use it to its maximum affect!
  • We get excited during sex (obviously) and anytime we get excited our breathing quickens to relax you need to control and slow your breathing it really is that simple.
  • If you look at yoga and other disciplines that can be used to relax you they ALL concentrate on the power of controlling breathing and it's the same in sexual intercourse!

If you want to banish premature ejaculation then take control of your breathing and you will last longer in bed and ANYONE can master the simple tips above and they will work for you - just try them!
